I also saw Merry Christmas the same night that I saw Neil Young, but that impressed me much less. While I still liked the movie, it just wasn't of the same caliber.
Overall it was a prety good movie. Some of the actors in it were cheesy (see Diane Kruger and Benno Fuermann). They were supposed to be opera singers and both looked hilarious doing the lip sync for the songs. Plus I just wanted to smack the look off Fuermann's face the whole time. Other than the two of them the movie was fairly good.
